Right now, were ready to take things to the next level, and we need assertive, motivated, and customer-driven Internet and Retail Sales Representatives to join our winning team.

    The role includes a variety of responsibilities, such as :

    • Engage with online and showroom customers to provide an exceptional car buying experience
    • Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the entire sales process
    • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals through effective communication and follow-up
    • Collaborate with management and team members to maximize performance and customer satisfaction
    • Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to grow your earning potential
    • Pay Scale : Base Hourly rate of $16.50, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors. At Future Ford, youll join a dealership thats ready to break records, and youll be part of a team thats growing together. As the dealership thrives, so do our Sales Associates. Most earn between $5,600 and $8,5000 each month, with even higher earnings during record-breaking sales periods.

    • What Were Looking For

    • Driven, enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sales, service, and success
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • A team player eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive workplace
    • Previous Automotive Sales, Internet Sales, Retail Sales, or Sales Consultant experience preferred, but not required, well train the right person
    • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results in a fast-growing company
    • Must have :

      Valid CA Drivers License

      Valid CA Sales License
