Pay : $25- $28 per hour

The Medical Assistant is responsible for supporting healthcare professionals by performing

administrative and clinical duties in a medical setting. This role ensures smooth clinic operations

while delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and prepare patients for examination, taking vital signs and medical history.

Assist physicians and healthcare providers with examinations and procedures.

Perform routine clinical tasks such as drawing blood, administering injections, and collecting lab

specimens.

Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical systems.

Schedule patient appointments and manage front-desk responsibilities.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards.

Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.

Handle medical supply inventory and ensure exam rooms are properly stocked.

Perform EKGs, wound care, and other procedures as directed by the provider.

Assist with insurance verifications and prior authorizations if required.

Qualifications :

Medical Assistant exp and also Must have Limited Radiology Tech Certification.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Medical Assistant Certification (CMA / RMA) preferred.

CPR / BLS certification required.

Experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems.
