A company is looking for a Creative Strategist (Contractor) to develop and optimize high-performing creative for paid social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative strategies for paid social campaigns across client accounts
Concept hooks, angles, messaging frameworks, and campaign ideas aligned with performance goals
Build and manage creative testing roadmaps, including hypotheses, variations, and iteration plans
Required Qualifications
4-5+ years of experience in creative strategy, paid social, or performance content (agency experience preferred)
Ecomm / DTC experience is a MUST
Strong understanding of performance marketing principles
Proven ability to turn data into clear creative direction and winning concepts
Experience across platforms like Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and / or Pinterest
