What is the Opportunity? You will be the go-to technical resource for our customers, building relationships and delivering consultative solutions that drive real value. You will own key accounts, identify new opportunities, and help shape our market presence—all while leveraging your engineering expertise and sales acumen.

The Gund Company is a manufacturer and fabricator of engineered material solutions specializing in customized electrical insulation parts. With 16 facilities worldwide, we specialize in custom fabricated parts manufactured according to ISO 9001:2015 certified quality systems. We take a consultative, engineering approach to understanding customer needs and have a reputation for outstanding customer service and quality.

Starting annual salary: $120,000+ (DOE)

Commission Structure: Lucrative

Work location: Euless, TX Facility

What You will Do:

  • Become a technical expert in customer applications and communicate how our solutions meet their needs.
  • Research and repeat application successes, while uncovering new opportunities for our products.
  • Engage customers consistently via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Use CRM tools to track and follow up on opportunities with discipline.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to inquiries and quote requests.
  • Support order fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturer’s Rep Firms and contribute to marketing efforts.
Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Bachelors in Engineering (required).
  • 5–10 years of technical sales/account management in Oil & Gas.
  • Persuasive communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with customer order acquisition and CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 33%).
