Position Overview
As the HR Coordinator supporting the HR Business Partner team, you'll be the operational backbone ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions across multiple facilities. From managing vendor relationships to coordinating new hire orientations and handling employee inquiries, you'll touch every aspect of the HR employee lifecycle while building valuable relationships with hiring managers and departments.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Employee Support
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
- Manage and respond to ASKHR inbox daily for assigned campus locations
- Serve as primary point of contact for HR inquiries and issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and departments across all facilities
- Provide front desk coverage and reception support as needed
Vendor Management & Contracted Staffing
Verify credentials and licenses for contracted services within vendor management system (B4 Health)Create requisitions and contracts for contracted staff requests within B4 Health systemEstablish contracted staff profiles in Kronos timekeeping systemMaintain daily communication with departments and staffing agenciesCoordinate contracted staffing needs across multiple departmentsNew Hire & Employee Lifecycle Support
Assist HR Business Partner team with preparation and follow-up for new hire orientation programsSend email communications for 5 / 45 day surveys, 90-day performance evaluations, and exit surveysTrack and manage non-productive hours reportingSupport onboarding processes and ensure smooth employee transitionsReporting & System Administration
Generate and analyze reports from B4 Health and Symplr Performance systemsProvide user maintenance including password resets and account troubleshootingAssist with system updates and data integrity across HR platformsSupport HR technology initiatives and process improvementsSpecial Projects & Additional Duties
Participate in special projects and initiatives as assignedSupport HR Business Partner team with ad hoc requests and departmental needsContribute to continuous improvement of HR operations and processesWhat You'll Need
Required Experience & Skills
Proven administrative or HR coordination experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to analyze, explain, and present data effectivelyStrong multitasking abilities with demonstrated capacity to manage competing prioritiesExceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsMicrosoft Office Suite proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and AccessAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsCustomer service mindset with professional demeanorEducation
