Features include : Session Takeaways : Send client-friendly summaries of key insights. Session Prep : Help clients clarify goals before each session. Goal Setting : Collaborate with clients to set and track goals. Treatment Plan : Align with clients on diagnoses and care plans. Reflections : Clients can journal through AI-guided prompts between sessions. Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. Fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP). Please note that SonderMind does not provide office space; therapists are responsible for securing their own location for in-person sessions, but we can help connect you with other SonderMind therapists looking to share space.

Your Role :
As a Mental Health Therapist at SonderMind, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your own practice, set your own schedule, and choose your session format. Whether you prefer in-person or telehealth sessions, we’ve got you covered!

Pay : $90-$114 per hour, based on provider license type, session location, and session types.
