Role Overview :
As a dedicated Master's level therapist, you will be at the forefront of diagnosing and treating mental health and substance use disorders. Your primary role involves crafting personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and circumstances, ensuring their journey toward healing is both practical and meaningful. You will provide vital therapy services while continuously evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Assessment : Empathetically complete intake assessments and treatment plans, diagnose mental health and substance use disorders, and identify strengths and needs. Collaboration : Work collaboratively with patients to develop treatment goals, document patient progress, and foster a comprehensive approach to care.
Treatment : Provide high-quality therapy services using evidence-based practices, respond to crises as they arise, and measure progress using outcome measures throughout treatment.
Documentation : Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner to ensure the patient's journey through treatment is clearly documented in their medical record.
Teamwork : Contribute to a multidisciplinary team using an integrated healthcare approach. Actively participate in team meetings, contributing your expertise to our team's collective growth and success.

Qualifications :
Salary range : $55,000-$60,000 with a $5,000 sign on bonus!
