Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager

A growing organization in the manufacturing sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This role offers a fast-track opportunity to advance into an Accounting Manager position, potentially as early as Q1 2026. The position is central to the financial operations of the company and provides a dynamic environment for professional development and leadership growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and communicate financial transactions clearly and effectively.
  • Report financial data accurately to senior finance leadership.
  • Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks.
  • Prepare and reconcile Accounts Payable on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinate and review financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Engage in hands-on accounting work with a high level of initiative.
  • Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training provided by the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of general ledger functions, month-end close processes, and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Accounts Payable, journal entries, financial statements, and balance sheet preparation.
  • Solid financial reporting capabilities.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00 / yr. Benefits will be provided by client once interview process is completed.
