• Assessing patient needs and implementing individualized care plans.
• Coordinating discharge planning and educating patients.
• Fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements :

• Registered Nurse license from the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the AHA.
• Completion of an accredited Nursing program.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
