Descripción del trabajoMaintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts Process accounts payable and receivable Prepare bank reconciliations and general ledger entries Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting Assist in ad hoc and general reporting using Microsoft Excel Maintain and organize financial documentation for audits and compliance Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding financial matters Perform other related duties as assigned by management Minimum 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience required Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel Solid understanding of accounting principles, including credits and debits Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred) Comprehensive Health and Wellness Coverage : Enjoy peace of mind with our extensive health insurance plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage. 401(k) with Company Match : Secure your financial future with our 401(k) plan, featuring a competitive company match to help you save for retirement. About the role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting functions and support the finance team. The ideal candidate has at least 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience, is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
