UCHealth Medical Group and the Urology group in Longmont, Colorado are ready to welcome a board-eligible / certified general urologist to their team. The ideal candidate will be interested in working full-time and focused on excellent patient care.

The UCHealth Medical Group is physician led and employs over 1,900 physicians and advanced practice providers who aim to anticipate and address patients’ every health need. Responsibilities

  • Practice the full spectrum of general urology while performing a range of subspecialty procedures, up to and including robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy, partial and radical nephrectomy, Aquablation for BPH, and minimally invasive stone management.
  • Be part of a high functioning, high volume general urology practice totaling four urologists.
  • Collaborate with dedicated block time and incredible support staff at Longs Peak Hospital and its attached Surgery Center.
  • Contribute to a strong robotics program with two da Vinci XIs, an Aquablation robot, and two available lasers.
  • Provide call coverage 6 days per month at the 86-bed Longs Peak Hospital, a level III trauma center. Additional compensation for any voluntary excess call applies.
  • Operate in a collaborative setting with new clinical space in the attached Longs Peak Medical Center.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR system-wide.

Qualifications

  • Board-eligible or board-certified general urologist.
  • Interest in full-time practice with emphasis on excellent patient care.
  • Willingness to develop and expand subspecialty interests in alignment with professional goals.
  • Compensation and Benefits

  • The pay range for this full-time position is $500,000-$556,000 annually. Eligible for a competitive and attainable quarterly wRVU productivity bonus.
  • Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
  • Paid malpractice.
  • Generous continuing medical education (CME) allowance.
  • 403(b) with employer matching contribution; 457(b) voluntary option if eligible.
