Responsibilities
Ready to drive new business growth on the West Coast? We're seeking an experienced Strategic Sales professional who can generate new direct sales of Personify Health's SaaS-based software solutions while nurturing relationships and closing complex deals. As our VP of Strategic Sales, you'll follow up on inbound marketing leads, develop outbound opportunities, and pursue full-cycle sales while building value and creating urgency that drives business growth.
Territory ownership : Manage entire West Coast market with significant growth potential and revenue opportunities
Full-cycle responsibility : Handle everything from lead generation to deal closure with strategic support from leadership
Market development : Create lead generation initiatives through multiple channels including events, seminars, and networking
Product expertise : Maintain in-depth knowledge of comprehensive product portfolio to maximize solution positioning
Drive revenue excellence : Achieve and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue objectives in assigned territory while forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets to sales leadership.
Execute strategic planning : Develop territory plans that maximize revenue while pursuing creative lead generation through direct mail, email marketing, networking events, trade shows, seminars, and cold calling.
Manage sales operations : Leverage Salesforce.com to build business, manage opportunities, and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting throughout sales cycle.
Demonstrate solutions : Present Personify Health products to prospects via in-person or virtual meetings while generating compelling sales proposals for distribution.
Ensure seamless transitions : Coordinate with Account Management and Implementation teams on pre / post-sales implementation processes for optimal customer experience.
Maintain product expertise : Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Personify Health product portfolio to effectively position solutions and drive value.
Qualifications
The sales leadership foundation : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 15+ years' experience in SaaS industry, preferably in Human Capital Management or Health, Wellness, Navigation, Productivity and Engagement category, Documented history of consistent quota over-achievement with proven track record, Experience selling enterprise products / services with focus on value-based selling methodologies
The technical expertise : Strong familiarity with sales tools including Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GoToMeeting, and other web-based technologies, Proficient in managing complex selling engagements with strategic approach, Excellent written and communication skills to understand customer needs and map business value
The professional qualities : Willingness to accept and contribute new ideas while adapting to rapidly changing, high-growth environment, Passion for collaboration and team building across sales organization and cross-functionally within Personify Health, Capacity to execute quickly with sense of urgency and professional excellence, Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities for driving new business growth
