As an ETF Operations Analyst within the Fund Servicing team, you will be supporting our Basket Operations Team that is responsible for the ETF Servicing offering at JP Morgan.

Job Responsibilities :

• Execute routine fund servicing transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in fund servicing operations.
• Utilize active listening and questioning skills to understand and address client needs, fostering strong relationships and promoting deeper understanding.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, applying innovation and design thinking techniques to enhance the efficiency and resilience of our operating platform.
• Manage all ETF order activity and related queries.
• Be responsible for the daily management of a client's trading activity including reviewing reconciliation breaks on Shares and Valuation and related client queries.
• Be responsible for daily publication of key deliverables to DTCC / NSCC.
• Participate in industry working groups, initiatives and current events related to ETF.
• Reconcile accurately and efficiently against all core controls and procedures for all relevant ETF and TA deliveries.
• Participate in discussions with Fund Sponsors looking to launch new ETF products.
• Provide monthly KPI reporting to clients and senior management.

Base Pay / Salary : Boston, MA $68,200.00 - $90,000.00
