We make our customers buildings work smarter for them and the environment. / ppYou will be joining a team of performance-driven Willowers, backed by the most advanced technology the built world has ever seen. / ppSummary of Role : / ppAs a Smart Buildings Engineer / Digital Twin Technician / Technologist your role is to contribute and lead the deployment of Digital Twins across our global portfolios. / ph3Role Responsibilities : / h3pWork with Delivery Project Managers and Engineers across all stages of the project including : / pulliPre-Integrations and Discovery, / liliIoT Integrations and Data Acquisition, / liliData Tagging (Classification and Modelling) / liliAs a Subject Matter Expert you will support product, software development, customer support, and customer success teams in activities such as knowledge sharing and training sessions, product testing and validation, troubleshooting, etc. / liliReview project documentation and produce required documents such as network topologies or similar diagrams. / liliPerform data tagging and modelling across multiple sites and run quality assurance reviews to make sure data collected from the different subsystems is accurate. / liliReview data in our platform through a front end, database, or API and compare it against other applications. / liliMain responsibility is to ensure all data collected and sent through to the Willow platform is of the highest quality and accuracy. This responsibility is at the core of Willow Services and the key to our success. / li / ulh3Skills Experience Required : / h3ulli3+ year experience in Building Automation Services or similar / liliDiagnostics and troubleshooting skills in Building Automation / Energy Management Systems are required / liliUnderstanding of technical documentation like network topology, wiring diagrams, points lists, operational manuals and functional descriptions for multiple systems like BMS, EMS, Security, Lighting, etc. / liliIntermediate to advanced MS Excel or MS SQL preferred. / liliHave excellent fault-finding and technical problem-solving skills. / liliA thirst for challenge and a strong desire to excel in your career / liliElectrical / Engineering qualifications are viewed favourably but more important is an eagerness to learn new technology / liliEnthusiastic, flexible, energetic and highly motivated / liliKeen to learn and develop your existing skills and knowledge / liliA positive can-do attitude / liliExcellent communication skills. / li / ulpBy joining our team of Willowers, we offer true flexible working arrangements, remote and / or hybrid as well as parental leave available for those budding families.
