Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and establish candidate qualifications
Drive diversity initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting in the healthcare industry or equivalent experience
Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and various sourcing tools
Ability to measure key recruitment metrics to drive results
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a high-volume environment
