JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Provider Support Assistant toperform administrative responsibilities in support of one or more physician(s) and / or advanced provider(s). This position will run a high volume division. Experience working in a clinical / medical office setting required. Experience with EPIC / Maestro required.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Patient Phone Calls through the Departments ACD Line.
• Schedule and Reschedule Patient Appointments.
• Manage Patient Referrals through the Right Fax System.
• Submit Schedule Change Requests (SCR) within 45 days of Providers time away from clinic. Reschedule Patients that fall below the 45-day deadline.
• Coordinate and Process Changes in the QGenda Clinical Scheduling System.
• Peruse Providers Clinical Schedule for Overbooks and Scheduling Errors. Reschedule Patients to Decompress Clinical Schedules.
• Manage Providers Outlook Calendar Including Scheduling Meetings and Resolving Scheduling Conflicts.
• Submit Provider Reimbursements for Processing.
• Renew Provider Licensures as well as Process Providers Meeting Registrations and Dues.

The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
