We’re looking for a hands-on, humble, detail-driven Senior Accountant to join the corporate team of a privately held, family-owned hospitality group. This is not a “stay in your lane” environment — this is a roll-up-your-sleeves culture where everyone helps everyone, including ownership. You’ll work directly with the VP of Finance and partner closely with the COO and ownership , gaining exposure well beyond traditional accounting tasks. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, smart, and flexible — no ego.
Senior Accountant - What You’ll Do
- Daily cash reconciliation
- Prepare schedules of fixed assets
- Handle accruals
- Support execution of outgoing payments
- Perform full balance sheet reconciliation
- Build and maintain P&L and Balance Sheet reporting
- Help “re-organize the house” and bring structure to processes and controls
- Jump in and support wherever needed — this is a lean, collaborative team

Accounting or finance background (degree in Accounting / Finance strongly preferred)Experience with reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger workAbility to build and analyze full financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet)CPA or CPA track is a strong plusHospitality / multi-unit / restaurant group experience is helpful but not requiredSenior Accountant - Compensation
