We’re looking for a hands-on, humble, detail-driven Senior Accountant to join the corporate team of a privately held, family-owned hospitality group. This is not a “stay in your lane” environment — this is a roll-up-your-sleeves culture where everyone helps everyone, including ownership. You’ll work directly with the VP of Finance and partner closely with the COO and ownership , gaining exposure well beyond traditional accounting tasks. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, smart, and flexible — no ego.

Senior Accountant - What You’ll Do

• Daily cash reconciliation
• Prepare schedules of fixed assets
• Handle accruals
• Support execution of outgoing payments
• Perform full balance sheet reconciliation
• Build and maintain P&L and Balance Sheet reporting
• Help “re-organize the house” and bring structure to processes and controls
• Jump in and support wherever needed — this is a lean, collaborative team
