The Manager, Marketing (Senior Integrated Marketing Leader) at Company will play a pivotal role in shaping our demand generation marketing strategy. We're seeking a seasoned professional capable of devising and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans across paid, owned, and earned channels for a B2B Banking/HealthTech brand. Position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans across paid, owned, and earned channels for a B2B Banking/HealthTech brand.
  • Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines, demonstrating determination and focus.
  • Drive audience segmentation, list matching, and targeted marketing efforts in paid channels.
  • Oversee agency relationships and develop in-house capabilities for running digital media and marketing channels.
  • Develop and implement a measurement plan, with a specific focus on media measurement incrementality.
  • Calculate budgets and project outcomes across marketing channels, presenting plans to the executive team.
  • Test marketing ad 'offers' and analyze success rates, including the calculation of Net Present Value of offers.
  • Implement and refine Account-Based Marketing strategies.
  • Lead email demand generation marketing efforts.
  • Utilize CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) effectively for marketing automation and customer segmentation.
  • Validate attribution of marketing efforts across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing and continuous refinement of each marketing channel.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews of plan execution, comparing budget vs. forecast, and providing recommendations for adjustments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in integrated marketing required.
  • Previous experience in Banking or B2B Health-Tech marketing (selling to medical practices), preferred.
  • Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Proven track record in building and growing digital marketing teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for email template creation and website optimization. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Market or Pardot. Experience in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and projecting outcomes across marketing channels.
  • Event marketing and direct mail experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent presentation and team leadership abilities.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Professional experience in team management.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in WordPress CMS and relevant plugins preferred (a plus).
