Our diverse and high-acuity population includes individuals experiencing : Neurological emergencies : Stroke, Seizures, Guillain-Barré (GB), TNK, ThrombectomiesCardiac crises : Myocardial Infarction (MI), CHF, IABP, Impella, Cardiac Arrest, ECMOPulmonary challenges : COPD, ILD, PNA, COVID ICUSevere infections : Sepsis, Septic EmboliMetabolic and toxicologic emergencies : DKA, Overdose (OD), Liver Failure, Renal FailureGastrointestinal bleeding : GIBAdvanced therapies : CRRT, CDT End-of-life (EOL) care : Compassionate, patient-centered support for patients and familiesThis environment demands sharp clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and a deep commitment to continuous learning.Teamwork That TransformsCollaboration is our cornerstone. Requirements :

Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.

ADN required, BSN preferred.

Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
