Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead engineering and QA talent across two high-impact squads focused on mobile app and ecommerce enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead growth, performance, and engagement initiatives across engineering squads

Champion the adoption of AI tools and drive process improvements through automation

Manage day-to-day operations, including sprint health and stakeholder alignment for mobile app delivery

Required Qualifications

3 to 7 years of software engineering experience, with 1 to 2+ years in a management or team lead role

Experience leading mobile and / or web engineering teams, with familiarity in React Native, TypeScript, React, and Node.js / REST APIs

Proven track record in developing engineers and building strong team cultures

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

Comfortable with occasional off-hours availability for production escalations and urgent bug triage
