Database Advisor

A company is looking for a Database Advisor to support the Enterprise Teradata Vantage and Google Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise database solutions

Develop and execute workload optimization strategies and perform root cause analysis for enterprise initiatives

Monitor performance, manage database issues, and coach less senior DBAs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Five (5) years of experience in an information technology or engineering environment

Strong database design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills

Proven ability to perform root cause analysis in complex production environments

Experience with Teradata infrastructure and Google Cloud Platform is preferred
