Rate: $30.00 to $25.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Manage website content updates within the CMS.

• Upload and organize digital assets according to guidelines and taxonomy.

• Create, update, and track Jira tickets to drive progress and resolution.

• Coordinate cross-functional communication via email and Slack.

• Ensure content quality, accuracy, and consistency across pages.

• Follow established workflows and SLAs while escalating blockers as needed.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience with website content management and CMS publishing workflows.

• Proficiency with Jira for ticket creation, tracking, and updates.

• Ability to upload, tag, and manage assets within a CMS.

• Effective written communication using email and Slack.

• Capability to work remotely on Eastern Time for a six-month duration.
