In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement customized treatment plans that promote positive behaviors and support client development.

What You Can Expect :

• Engaging in 1 : 1 therapy with clients in home and community settings.
• Executing individualized ABA treatment plans crafted by a qualified BCBA.
• Recording and tracking data on client progress and behaviors to ensure effective treatment.
• Contributing to the creation of behavior intervention strategies.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance your skills.
• Fostering positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families.
• Upholding ethical standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
