Credentialing typically takes 60-90 days; temporary privileges are available based on clinician availability. Shift needs include 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts at one facility and 10- or 12-hour shifts at the other facility. The scheduling model is Monday through Friday, with Pine Ridge offering potential for occasional weekend call shifts if needed.
