Business Development Director-Electronics Contract Manufacturing

This technology is used by leading manufacturers to improve product reliability and performance, especially where moisture, sweat, and humidity can compromise performance.

They are expanding into consumer electronics with a focus on notebooks, laptops, tablets, wearables, and gaming systems, and we're looking for a bold, motivated business development leader to break into major OEM accounts and drive growth.

The Opportunity

This is a hunter role designed for someone who thrives on building relationships from scratch and turning cold opportunities into warm partnerships. You will play a key role in expanding our presence within the consumer electronics sector, targeting OEMs and device manufacturers to position nano-coatings as the go-to solution for circuit board protection.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute a business development strategy focused on OEMs and design partners in the consumer electronics market.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new customer relationships - especially in the Bay Area and other key tech hubs.
• Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and procurement teams to uncover opportunities at the board-level design stage.
• Demonstrate product capabilities through powerful, hands-on demos that clearly communicate our value proposition.
• Navigate complex sales cycles and decision-making processes in hardware / device manufacturing environments.
• Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
