Senior Accountant with CPA License

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant / Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client accounting relationships and provide timely financial information

Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements while overseeing internal controls

Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and / or CPA preferred

3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with 2+ years in audit at a CPA firm

Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus

Proven ability to revamp accounting processes and technology

Deep knowledge of complex payroll and revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606)
