Stockroom Supervisor

The Stockroom Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the store's back-of-house inventory and stockroom processes. This position is responsible for overseeing the receipt, organization, and distribution of merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the sales floor with timely replenishment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role will also perform other management duties as needed, such as opening and closing the store.

Responsibilities

Inventory & Stockroom Management

• Oversee daily stockroom operations including receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in the system.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment needs.
• Ensure merchandise is properly labeled, stored, and rotated to minimize shrinkage and damage.
