Job Requirements and Preferences :

Basic Qualifications :

Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree

Required Fields of Study : Accounting

Minimum Years of Experience : 2 year(s)

Certifications Required : Must be committed to obtain certification before being promoted to Manager. Certifications include : Certified Public Accountant, or Member of the Bar.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications Preferred : CPA or Member of the Bar.

Preferred Knowledge / Skills : Demonstrates thorough knowledge and / or a proven record of success in day to day compliance and consulting for a variety of entities including corporations, partnerships, pass through entities and Subchapter S corporations by : Applying technical skills with ASC740; Participating in client discussions and meetings and communicating a broad range of Firm services; Managing engagements by preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues; Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; and, Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.

The salary range for this position is : $77,000 - $214,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
