The bonus will be awarded after successful completion of 3 months of full-time employment and will be paid on the next regularly scheduled pay date following that 3-month milestone.\n\nSchedule : This is a full-time position. • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records\n
• Promote membership programs, packages and treatment plans to patients\n
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions\n
• Work with the District Nurse Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results\n
• Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift\n
• Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers\n
• Oversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics\n
• Maintain documentation of patient care services\n
• Train new staff\n
• Deliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure our patients have a positive experience in the clinic\n
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management staff\n
• Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines\n\nQualifications : \n
• Current BLS certification required\n
• BSN or diploma in nursing\n
• Valid RN License with no sanctions\n
• Two years of related experience preferred\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills\n
• In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures\n
• Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software\n
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills\n
• Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care\n
