Coons Franklin Lodge is excited to announce an opening for Waterfront and Grounds Staff for the summer of 2026! Located on the stunning shores of Trout Lake, our historic lodge provides a unique and enriching environment for both our guests and our team members. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant outdoor setting, providing exceptional service in two essential areas : the waterfront and the grounds.

As part of the Waterfront and Grounds Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces, while also ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests on the water. Your role involves a mix of tasks in both areas, from landscape maintenance and grounds keeping to assisting guests with waterfront activities.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain grounds, including mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscaping tasks
• Ensure all waterfront areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained for guest use
• Assist with the setup and operation of waterfront activities such as canoeing, swimming, and fishing
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and grounds for safety and functionality
• Engage with guests to provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance regarding activities
• Help coordinate special events and activities held at the lodge
