About Our Client
Our client is a leading FinTech lender in the US real estate investment space, focused on providing flexible financing solutions to real estate investors nationwide. They are scaling rapidly and investing heavily in automation, data-driven insights, and cross-functional GTM alignment to accelerate growth across sales, marketing, and operations.
Role Overview
We are seeking a GTM Program Manager to drive execution of multiple strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. This high-impact role will serve as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring that critical GTM projects deliver measurable revenue growth.
You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to manage concurrent workstreams, ranging from CRM optimization and AI-driven automation to sales enablement and competitive intelligence initiatives.
Fully remote in Latin America.
Responsibilities
Initiative Management (60%)
Own end-to-end delivery of 510 concurrent GTM workstreams, including :
- AI tool implementations (document automation, lead scoring, sales intelligence)
- HubSpot CRM optimization and process automation
- Sales enablement program rollouts
- Competitive intelligence program build
Maintain detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Product.
Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions.
Report weekly progress to leadership through dashboards and written summaries.
