Descripción del trabajoGuiding and motivating members through pre-defined workouts Ensuring members are using correct form and offering adjustments if needed Demonstrate usage of fitness equipment utilized for each workout Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the state-of-the-art studio Understanding the science behind our strength and heart-rate focused training programs, and staying up to date on active fitness industry trends Building meaningful connections and creating community as you expand your personal brand and network within the fitness industry Positively changing the lives of others by helping members set and achieve personal fitness goals Currently fitness certified from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness : High School Diploma or equivalent Current AED / CPR certification Successful completion of the OTFit Certification Program Have a functional understanding of strength and heart rate-based interval training Experience working in a fitness environment (preferred) A team player committed to growth and excellence

Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a passionate Fitness Coach to lead our science-backed, technology-tracked, & coach-inspired workouts while being a brand ambassador for the OTF community.
Schedule :
This position offers part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling; averaging 13 classes per week with the option to coach additional classes as available within your region.
