ESOP Payment Specialist

A company is looking for an ESOP Payment Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end distribution process for ESOP plans, including participant communications and processing check reissues

Review distribution work completed by peers and conduct quality assurance checks on participant elections

Resolve complex distribution scenarios and collaborate with compliance and plan consulting teams on payment issues

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience with defined contribution plans, with a preference for ESOP experience

Direct experience with processing plan distributions, including beneficiary payments and QDROs

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with intermediate Excel skills

Experience reviewing or training others on distribution work is a plus
