Disney Digital Entertainment is looking for a uniquely talented Digital Asset Specialist to join us on an ambitious and exciting new project. As a Digital Asset Specialist , you'll play a key role in supporting the production and creative efforts of our project - maintaining digital content pipelines, organizing and tracking assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and communication across teams and projects.

What you will do :

• ?Facilitate and maintain a comprehensive digital asset library of references and collections from across The Walt Disney Company.
• Fulfill asset requests, assists users in obtaining access and locating desired assets in a timely manner.
• Conduct QA and compatibility test using proprietary tools and software to ensure assets meet formatting standards.
• Enter detailed metadata into asset database for accurate tracking and retrieval.
• Communicate to various key stakeholders and partners across Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Lucasfilm when assets have been properly stored or accessed.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, Creative, and external partners to organize and deliver content, feedback, and information that supports project needs.
• Support workflows and contribute to process optimization efforts, ensuring alignment with Disneys standards of quality and authenticity.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $72,000 to $96,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
