Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Assist in data backup and recovery processes
- Ensure system security and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with senior system administrators to implement new technologies
- Document system configurations and procedures
