Now, we're growing our business development team in Fort Lauderdale with an in-person, boots-on-the-ground rep focused on cultivating real-world relationships.

What You'll Do

You won't be stuck behind a dialer or tasked with cold call quotas. Instead, you'll :

• Be the face of WheelHouse IT at networking events, community meetups, and client-facing engagements
• Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers across target industries, especially in healthcare, legal, finance, and professional services
• Visit prospect sites, referral partners, and industry events regularly to expand local reach
• Support marketing campaigns by ensuring outbound efforts (mailers, events, webinars) are followed up with a personal connection
• Work closely with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy
• Capture and maintain detailed notes in HubSpot CRM
