Vice President Underwriting

A company is looking for a Vice President - Underwriting - Representations & Warranties.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement underwriting strategies while managing risk and optimizing profitability for representations and warranties insurance products

Create policy terms, pricing, and coverage recommendations while ensuring compliance with regulations

Analyze complex contracts and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive new business and provide customized client solutions

Required Qualifications

3+ years of underwriting transactional risks experience

3+ years of legal experience with a focus on M&A

J.D. required

Contract review knowledge and skills

Willingness to travel for conferences and meetings
