Shifts / Hours :

Full time

Rotating shift (hours may vary between 6 : 00 am and 10 : 30 pm) and include weekends

Shift differentials for evening, night and weekends

Pay : $19.67 - $25.57 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

The Pharmacy Technician role provides distributive pharmacy services, assistance and support for the registered pharmacist and patients.

Minimum Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED

PHATP (Pharmacy Technician Provisional) certification from the State Board of Pharmacy.

PHAT (Pharmacy Technician) cerification from State Board of Pharmacy within 18 months of hire

If you currently have both a PHAT (Pharmacy Technician) certification from the State Board of Pharmacy (not provisional) and national certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) you may be hired into a Pharmacy Tech I title

Pharmacy Technician :

Manage Automated Dispensing Machines (ADMs) to ensure unit-specific medication is safely available

Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding and bulk medication repackaging while maintaining adherence to safety and regulatory standards

Conduct regular audits of medication inventory to identify expired or near-expired items, ensuring prompt removal and replacement
