About the Role

The Company is in need of a VP of Sales and Revenue Operations to spearhead the development and execution of sales and revenue strategies. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring a seamless alignment between sales and marketing teams. This pivotal role involves shaping the go-to-market strategy, establishing performance metrics, and leading operational excellence initiatives. The VP will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the sales force, fostering a culture of accountability, and collaborating with senior leadership to identify market opportunities and enhance sales capabilities.

Applicants for the VP of Sales and Revenue Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive-level role. A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and a strong background in go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and performance analytics are essential. The role requires expertise in CRM platforms, excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and scaling high-performing sales teams, and will have a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities and competitive advantages.
