Key Responsibilities
Lead the engineering team in developing AI systems for the insurance industry
Oversee the integration of AI tools into existing workflows to enhance decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer impact and product excellence
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in engineering leadership roles
Strong background in AI and machine learning technologies
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
Demonstrated ability to drive product development and innovation
Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
