Descripción del trabajoPrioritize delivering an outstanding patient experience Conduct hearing assessments in compliance with clinical standards and regulations Guide patients through the selection and purchase of hearing aids and accessories Partner with the Regional Manager / Director in managing office operations A valid state license in good standing Proficiency with patient management software, NOAH, and Inspire OS Strong organizational and execution skills Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities A competitive, performance-based compensation structure Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, sick leave, holidays, 401k with employer contributions, company-paid life insurance, hearing aid discounts, telemedicine access, and more Local and corporate-level marketing and administrative support Ongoing professional development, training, and career advancement opportunities This role includes commission-based earnings tied to performance outcomes, though payouts are not guaranteed. We are seeking an Audiologist OR Hearing Instrument Specialist to provide a seamless patient experience. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations, recommending and fitting hearing aids and accessories, offering counseling and follow-up services, and managing a thriving practice.
