Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Contract) to drive the successful adoption of large-scale programs and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage complex change management initiatives across multiple teams

Present proposals and findings to senior leadership and key stakeholders

Analyze adoption signals and assess organizational readiness for change initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, communications, or a related field

PROSCI and PMP certifications strongly preferred

4+ years of change management expertise leading complex organizational transitions

4+ years of program management experience driving cross-functional initiatives

Experience working in global organizations with diverse employee and vendor populations
