Job Responsibilities
STEP UP. LEAD THE TEAM. BRING THE FLAVOR.
As a Lead at Wingstop, you are the bridge between crew and management. You keep the energy high, the orders flying, and the team focused. Whether you're guiding Guest Service Experts or supporting Flavor Experts on the line, you are right there in the action, setting the pace and leading by example.

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour - $22.00 per hour

Physical Requirements
This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
