• Practice Setting : Nursery level II, delivery room
• Dates of Coverage : ASAP
• Pediatricians in Your Group : 2
• Other Neonatologists that provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates : OSF is higher level of care
• Locums will not be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers
• Support Staff : Well trained OB RNs
• Number of Exam Rooms : 15 bed LDRP
• NICU Level : Level II
• Locum Tenens Physician Required to Attend C-Sections : Yes
• Locum Tenens Physician Required to Cover the Level I (Well-Baby) Nursery : Yes
• Locum Tenens Physician Required to Transfer Neonates : Yes
• Referral / Transfer Protocol (Include Name of the Referral Center and Distance from Your Facility) : OSF for any babies born prior to 26 weeks or unable to manage in our facility (un-well) are transferred to OSF via ambulance or helicopter - approx 1 hour by car
