This full time administrative role operates both in-office and in the field at our partner facilities. Approximately half of working time will be Medical Scheduler duties in office, and the other half will be operating Telehealth equipment for providers in the SNF / LTC environment.

Responsibilities : Schedule Management

• Create, maintain, and optimize schedules for psychiatry practitioners across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
• Continuously review and adjust schedules to accommodate urgent appointments, cancellations, or changes in patient needs.
• Ensure synchronization of appointments between psychiatry services, patients, and skilled nursing facilities to optimize scheduling efficiency.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of records, adhering to legal requirements and HIPAA compliance.
