Travel / Contract Physical Therapist - Days - Up to $2250 / WK!

Lincoln City, Oregon - 13 weeks

Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Certifications Requirements : Current Oregon PT license, BLS certification, COVID-19 vaccination
  • Experience Requirements : At least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
  • Other Requirements : Ability to work days from 8 AM to 5 PM, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Job Responsibilities

  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability.
  • Provide hands-on therapy and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes accurately in the EMR system.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure cohesive patient care and treatment goals.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery processes.
