This is a sourcing posting to accept applications for 2026 graduates for future positions in Connecticut. We have locations in Bridgeport, Hartford, New Britain, New Haven, and Waterbury.

Position : Associate Dentist

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care and help us create memorable experiences for children and adults alike. Here’s what you can look forward to :

  • Join morning huddles (you can even lead one!), plan your day, and express appreciation for your team while highlighting great examples of customer focus and collaboration.
  • Work with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base!

Your Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team. Our practice is equipped with :

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • A supportive team with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • A patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location)
  • An office flow of approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor options

  • Qualifications

    We expect you to have :

  • DDS / DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure
  • Other required certifications (e.g., CPR, DEA)
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
