Warehouse Associate On 1st Shift In Carlsbad, CA

The shipping and receiving clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receiving, shipping, storage, movement, and organization of materials within the warehouse. This position requires experience with stand-up forklifts and pallet jack.

Responsibilities :

• Perform shipping and receiving (local / international)
• Safely and professionally operate stand up forklift
• Organize and replenish orders on rack per aisle specification
• Operate scanner gun for various tasks- picking and pulling orders
• Utilize computer system to locate ingredients and supplies
• Effectively communicate with production management and weigh up
• Alert management if any discrepancies on orders / tags
• Process UPS & FedEx packages upon arrival
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Affix SU tag - confirm lot and quantity
• Perform inventory and cycle counts
• Perform daily forklift check
• Read work orders daily
• Follow safety protocols

Essential Skills :

Work Environment :

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, with some overtime and flexibility for Saturdays as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $21.54 - $21.54 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
