Descripción del trabajo7+ years of experience in business analysis, including at least 5 years supporting federal IT programs. Strong knowledge of requirements management practices, Agile methodologies, and enterprise IT governance. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office Suite. Skilled in leading stakeholder sessions and presenting complex technical concepts to senior executives. Must have an Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance (Active DHS / CBP clearance, highly preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or a minimum of four (4) years of relevant specialized experience. Salary Range : $110,000 - $125,000 annually based on years of experience Benefits : Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan, PTO (Paid Time Off), Holidays, Sick leave as required by law Hybrid work flexibility
Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a Business Analyst / Tester (Hybrid) to support a DHS federal program in the Ashburn, VA area. The Business Analyst / Tester will be a ServiceNow testing-heavy role focused on driving Agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration to turn business needs into practical, compliant solutions.
Responsibilities for the Business Analyst / Tester include :
- Lead Agile delivery and guide teams through planning, development, and user story management.
- Support ServiceNow testing activities, including test plan creation, execution, and defect resolution.
- Run stakeholder sessions to gather and refine requirements, ensuring clear documentation and alignment.
- Support testing, operations, and helpdesk needs to keep things moving smoothly across the project.
- Translate new tech ideas into practical solutions while staying aligned with standards and compliance.
