Job Description

Develops, maintains, and enhances NSF web content and functionality within Drupal-based environments.
Implements layouts, components, and templates using Drupal CMS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ensures responsive design, performance optimization, and Section 508 / WCAG compliance.
Integrates multimedia content and supports publishing / editing requests via Drupal, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
Applies U.S. Web Design System principles and federal web best practices.
Troubleshoots issues and resolves tickets within established service levels.
Collaborates with designers and UX staff to deliver user-centered experiences.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Development, or a related field; or

Equivalent professional experience.

Experience / Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional web development experience.

At least 3 years hands-on experience with Drupal CMS.

Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with accessibility remediation and federal web standards.

Experience supporting enterprise or federal websites preferred.
